Do We Shape Our Thoughts, Or Do Our Thoughts Shape Us?
How Our Minds Shape Reality, and Vice-Versa
Most people believe they shape their thoughts, but without conscious intention, this is rarely true.
Much of our day-to-day thinking is reactive and undirected. The mind drifts toward anxiety, stress, and imagined scenarios. This isn’t intentional thought; it’s a patterned response. Yet these drifting thoughts still shape us, often more than we realize.
Each thought has a vibrational frequency that influences both us and our environment. Negative thoughts, directed outward or inward, distort our energy fields, and positive ones promote growth.
Studies performed by Cleve Baxter only make sense if thoughts carry real energy. In a series of studies, he connected houseplants to a machine that measures galvanic response (a polygraph machine) and monitored the activity. Surprisingly, he noticed a spike on the machine at the precise moment he thought of harming the plant. He continued experiments for years, repeatedly observing what he interpreted as a connection between a human observer and a plant.
Decades after his initial experiment, many skeptics still argue against the evidence because it does not fit the current paradigm. Netism’s model explains this phenomenon as an energetic exchange that happens subconsciously. The plant is not consciously reacting, nor is it reading our minds. The galvanic responses are distinct reactions to distorted vibrational pulses.
Have you ever felt someone’s negativity before they spoke? Chances are, they were thinking negative things about you. People who make us anxious do so because their energetic fields are distorted, and interacting with them affects our field.
The same can be said for people who are pleasant and calming to be around. They are likely thinking kind things about people. If you want to be liked, like yourself and others. Negative thoughts, even toward ourselves, distort energy in our environment.
Our spirits are constantly receiving feedback from the entire system, but if we were to consciously recognize it, we would be too overwhelmed to function. Instead, our conscious mind only recognizes information that pertains to our spiritual resonance.
Thoughts are not invented, but pulled from the mental plane. If we are typically in a state of fear or anxiety, these are the impressions we absorb. To change what we receive, we have to retune ourselves, meaning we must shift our energy state. This requires consistent practice, with a combination of meditation, self-awareness, and emotional framing.
You are not your thoughts, but your thoughts shape you. The mind is essentially a radio. If you are constantly tuned to a channel which invokes fear, your spiritual vibration will reflect this. This can feel like the embodiment of negativity, as if it is internal, but it is merely a particular frequency code that dominates your perception. You are spiritually fluid, capable to tuning to a large range of frequencies. Recognize this in yourself, transcend your programming, and awaken to the Net.
