JawolusI Oluwaseun Solomon is a Techno-Economic R&D Expert who is passionate about the actualization of the 4th goal (Quality Education) and the 13th goal (Climate Action) of the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Relatively, in the true spirit of volunteerism; he has a mission to personally actualize one of the Goals and Priority Areas for the First Ten Years of AU-ECOSOCC Agenda 2063: Well educated citizens and skills revolution underpinned by Science, Technology and Innovation (Education and STI skills driven revolution).

About the ICT Empowerment Book
The aim of this literature is to tackle the consequential problems resulting from underemployment and youth unemployment caused by the current global economic recession and financial crisis.
This initiative is a timely contribution towards solving these afore-listed global problems. The workable ideas therein would considerably engage the youths for different ICT-based value creation while also fostering the nation's techno-economic development.
In many African countries, graduates and other qualified cadres of labour are being churned out annually, without corresponding industrialization to meet their job needs. The various ICT business ideas in different chapters are not only written to empower the jobless individuals; they also provide means by which an entrepreneur or the government of any nation could maximize various the innovative concepts to create values and generate national income through a sustainable digital economy.
This literature (containing 68,000 words) is dedicated to the unemployed youths and underemployed individuals yearning for viable means of empowerment for meaningful livelihood. It is also dedicated to various entrepreneurs and all business-oriented individuals seeking for lucrative digital business ideas to invest in.

NICTIP Initiative: A sustainable Transformational Agenda in Nigeria
Goal: to canvass for the establishment of National ICT Industrial Parks (NICTIP) in all the 6 geo-political zones of Nigeria - with the focus to blaze a trail for a non-oil-driven global economy.
To foster Technology Transfer through the means of Advanced Manufacturing Partnership AMPand Foreign Direct Investment FDI – a type that is needed for the creation of export-led ICT-based products.

Goal: to replicate, experiment and implement some of the tested solutions that fostered the tiger economy of the Asian Tigers and the Tiger Cubs in Ekiti State and extensively in other developing African States. Goal: maximizing education to foster digital inclusion in the Nigerian private and public schools.

Goal: maximizing Green-based technologies to mitigate global warming and other effects of Climate Change
Project Status: The conceptual design of the Green-based Technologies and Coastal Green City already developed, the Green-based Technologies currently being strategized for feasible experimentation needed for Technology Transfer.
- The NETISM AECDL Initiative: NETISM Annual Essay Contest for Digital Literacy.
Goal: to serve as a platform for the general public to contribute their quota towards the actualization of a Responsible Digital Citizenship across the globe – by recommending timely solutions for the course through their essay competition contents.
Theme: Safeguarding the Tech-savvy Kids with Education: The Panacea for a Responsible Digital Citizenship.
The maiden edition of the NETISM Essay Contest would be launched in November, 2019 to commemorate the Public Presentation of the NETISM Book.
In 2017, the NETISM Author was the First Representative of Ekiti State for the Nigeria Rebirth Project (a 60-day National Development Reality TV Show) that was also represented by 36 other youths from all the Nigerian States (including the FCT)
