Video Content Creator

Video is how most people meet a new idea. When someone first reaches toward something larger than the life they know, they reach for a screen. The teachings of Netism deserve to arrive there whole, made vivid and clear, so that the person watching feels the ground of it move under them. This role gives those teachings a face and a voice on video, and it carries the work to people who would never find it in print.

What you would do

• Create YouTube videos: explainers, tutorials, visual essays, and interviews.
• Develop a content calendar that follows the teachings and their natural order.
• Edit with motion graphics and visual effects where they serve the meaning.
• Optimize for YouTube through thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and tags.
• Cut short-form clips for social media that draw new people toward the fuller work.

What you bring

• Fluency with video editing, motion graphics, and the craft of holding attention on screen.
• An eye for pacing and clarity, so a teaching lands rather than drifts past.
• Working knowledge of how YouTube surfaces and rewards good video.
• Care for the substance of the teachings, and the patience to render them faithfully.
• Steady, reliable time given to the work, in the rhythm a content calendar asks for.

As a collaborator you receive a byline and an author page on netism.org, and your videos are published on the Netism channel with full credit to you. You reach a growing audience of spiritually conscious people who read, watch, and discuss what you make. You may cross-promote your own work, books, and projects inside your content, and you have editorial support and feedback from Netism’s leadership along the way.

This is a volunteer role. Netism is a nonprofit spiritual organization, and no one here is paid. We cover every expense tied to the role. The time you give creates real effect in real lives, and it belongs to the larger work of changing how humanity relates to itself, to the earth, and to the sacred.
