Volunteer role
Circle Creation Leader (Path to Leadership)
Start and steward a local or virtual Netism Circle where a small group practices together and grows in shared values.
A Circle is where Netism becomes a shared life rather than a private study. A Circle Creation Leader starts a local or virtual group of 5 to 15 people who meet regularly, and that gathering becomes the place where teachings are lived out with others. This role matters because relationships rooted in shared values are what carry a person through real growth. When you hold space for a Circle, you give people a home for the work, and you extend the tradition into a community that would not exist without you.
What you would do
- Gather a small group of 5 to 15 people who meet regularly, in person or online.
- Lead the group in practicing together.
- Guide discussion of the teachings.
- Support each member through the growth that practice brings.
- Build real relationships within the group, grounded in shared values.
What you bring
You do not need to be an expert. This is a leadership track, and Netism gives you what you need to grow into it:
- Structured facilitator training.
- A Circle Leader’s Guide with session outlines and discussion prompts.
- Ongoing mentorship from leadership.
- Connection to other Circle Leaders.
- Materials, supplies, and venue costs covered.
What this role asks of you is the readiness to hold space for others. If you have completed the 14-Day Practice and feel called to build something real in your community, this is your path. Bring steadiness, a willingness to show up regularly, and care for the people who gather with you.
This is a volunteer position. Netism is a nonprofit spiritual organization, and no one here is paid. We cover all role-related expenses. Your time creates real change in real lives. This is the work of changing how humanity relates to itself, to the earth, and to the sacred.
How to express interest
If you feel called to start a Circle, tell us. Submit the collaborator application and share where you would gather, who you hope to reach, and why this work speaks to you. We will meet you there and help you begin.
