Our People

A tradition is only as trustworthy as the people who run it, so this page names them.

Netism is governed by its Conclave under 508(c)(1)(A) bylaws. Those bylaws set out the offices and the limit on each one. This page says who holds them, what they do, and how to reach the person you need.

Authority here is stewardship. Every role below is held by the consent of the people it serves, and the free will of the person in front of you sits above all of it. The full structure, including where each office stops, is on the governance page.

Every role in Netism is unpaid. Every office and title on this page is held without salary, stipend, or any other compensation. The people below do this work as volunteers. What Netism takes in and where it goes is covered under transparency.

Nora is the main writer for Netism. Her debut novel is The Young Man and the Sage.

She sits on the Conclave as a Director and holds the Safeguarding Officer role, so a concern about the safety of anyone in this community reaches her directly.

She holds a life-long passion for ancient spiritual systems, along with independent research in philosophy, psychology, and physics, and is working toward licensure as a therapist in Texas.

Also Head Researcher · Copy Editor · Spiritual counselor · Independent Egyptologist · Alternative energy researcher · Co-host, Infinite Thread Podcast

Stewardship

The Conclave. Each Director carries a portfolio, and all of them answer to the membership that elected them.

Tarik leads public outreach for Netism and is the point of contact for press, so a journalist or a podcast asking about the tradition reaches him first. He sits on the Conclave as a Director in that role.

Harold Hoenow, Conclave Director of Public Relations · Spokesman

Harold is the voice most people meet first. He fronts Netism's short-form video and speaks for the tradition in public, which makes him the face many newcomers see before they read a word of it. He sits on the Conclave as Director of Public Relations.

Outreach and media are shared work, so he and Tarik run them together. Harold created InfiniteYou, and he hosts the annual Mayan Day Out of Time.
