What This Person Would Do
- Advise on land selection criteria (soil, water, climate, zoning)
- Help design regenerative growing systems
- Create phased implementation plans
- Educate community members on sustainable growing
- Advise on water collection, irrigation, and conservation

Skills Required
- Hands-on regenerative agriculture or permaculture experience
- Knowledge of soil science, composting, and crop rotation
- Water management understanding
- Experience planning or managing a community garden or small farm
Nice to Have
- Permaculture Design Certificate
- Experience in Texas or similar climates
- Knowledge of food preservation and seed saving
- Electroculture or alternative growing methods
- Livestock management experience
