What This Person Would Do

  • Advise on land selection criteria (soil, water, climate, zoning)
  • Help design regenerative growing systems
  • Create phased implementation plans
  • Educate community members on sustainable growing
  • Advise on water collection, irrigation, and conservation

Skills Required

  • Hands-on regenerative agriculture or permaculture experience
  • Knowledge of soil science, composting, and crop rotation
  • Water management understanding
  • Experience planning or managing a community garden or small farm

Nice to Have

  • Permaculture Design Certificate
  • Experience in Texas or similar climates
  • Knowledge of food preservation and seed saving
  • Electroculture or alternative growing methods
  • Livestock management experience
