Netist spiritual counseling creates a sacred one-on-one space for deep presence, gentle witnessing, and energetic alignment. It serves as a vessel for what is real—your grief, your longing, your transformation, your return.

This space welcomes your truth exactly as it arises. Every part of you is held without pressure to change, justify, or perform. There is no agenda to manage your process. Instead, your experience is received with reverence and care.

Each session is guided by three foundational principles:

Rather than seeking external solutions or advice, the session supports your natural capacity to reweave the threads of your inner world. Emotions, insights, memories, and dreams are explored in service to your wholeness. The work honors your soul’s pace and inner knowing.

We understand that many of our struggles do not begin in the mind—they begin in the dissonance between the shard and the world it has been forced to inhabit. Under United States law, communications shared within pastoral spiritual care are considered privileged and protected. This includes all verbal, written, or energetic exchanges that occur during a session. These protections are upheld through:

Many individuals choose to engage these experiences on their own, and rather than allow them to walk this threshold alone, we offer Sacred Sitting—a spiritual service of presence, stability, and field-holding.

Sacred Sitting does not involve facilitation or administration. The individual brings their own medicine by their own will. The guide does not provide it, suggest it, or handle it in any form.

What we offer is presence.
What we protect is the current.

Structure of the Sitting Team

Every Sacred Sitting is held by a two-person team to ensure the safety, accountability, and energetic coherence of all involved.

  • One trained Netist guide serves as the lead anchor for the energetic field, emotional processing, and spiritual support throughout the journey.

  • One female assistant remains present at all times to support energetic balance, physical safety, and mutual protection. Her role also ensures that the guide and journeyer are never alone together without witness, which preserves integrity for all parties.

This structure is non-negotiable. It creates a sacred triangle that honors each person’s sovereignty, ensures layered field protection, and removes the possibility of confusion, harm, or misinterpretation.

Sacred Sitting is a high-resonance offering. It calls for maturity, self-awareness, and spiritual readiness. Not every individual is in a season where this work aligns, and part of our sacred responsibility is to discern who is prepared to enter the field safely and with full understanding.

All individuals seeking Sacred Sitting must meet the following eligibility requirements. These are not barriers. They are safeguards—for the journeyer, for the guides, and for the energetic integrity of the container.

Age Requirement
Participants must be 21 years of age or older. This minimum reflects the gravity of the experience, the complexity of integration, and the legal threshold of adult consent. We honor all paths of awakening, but this particular offering requires emotional maturity and spiritual grounding.

Intake and Screening
Each applicant must complete a full intake process. This includes a private consultation, screening questions, energetic assessment, and review of personal background. The purpose is to ensure that the experience will support your current path and that you have the emotional and spiritual stability to receive what the journey may open.

Medication Review
To protect your safety, we require that journeyers are not currently taking any medications that may cause adverse interactions with common sacred substances. This includes but is not limited to SSRIs, MAOIs, benzodiazepines, antipsychotics, and mood stabilizers. If you are unsure, we will help you identify potential risks during intake. You must be clear from such substances for a safe and aligned period before being approved.

Waiver and Release Agreement
All participants are required to sign a release of liability waiver. This document affirms your full sovereignty in choosing this experience and your understanding of its physical, emotional, and spiritual depth. It also acknowledges that Netist guides do not administer medicine, do not provide medical oversight, and do not act as facilitators in the clinical or therapeutic sense.

You accept full responsibility for your journey, including the effects of any substance you have chosen to ingest.

Source Disclosure and Legal Standing
We do not ask where or how you obtained your sacred substance, and we do not involve ourselves in the process of acquisition. For this reason, we cannot be held liable for the nature, dosage, safety, or origin of what you bring into the session. Sacred Sitting is a space of presence, not of distribution.

Emergency Protocol and Medical Limitations
We perform basic safety assessments before each session, including a brief vitals check (heart rate, blood pressure, and basic physical condition). Our guides are trained in energetic fieldwork and emotional holding—not in licensed medical response. In the event of a physical emergency, we will immediately contact appropriate medical services. However, our team does not act as a licensed medical unit and cannot be held responsible for medical outcomes.

Our focus is the spiritual and energetic terrain. The body is sacred, and we treat it with care, but we do not operate as a clinical facility.

Sacred Sitting is currently offered only in the Houston, Texas area. This is where we have established trained guide teams, legally aware protocols, and energetically prepared spaces to hold this work with full presence and spiritual integrity.

These sessions are conducted in person, supported by a two-person team: one trained Netist guide and one female assistant. This sacred triad offers field stability, emotional safety, and a coherent energetic container throughout the entire process—from preparation to post-journey integration.

Each session requires several hours of focused attention, physical presence, and spiritual holding. Because of this, we ask for a donation offered on a sliding scale, based on your income and ability to support the work. These donations sustain the offering and open the way for others to receive it as well.

For those outside the Houston area or unable to attend in person, we offer Online Sacred Sitting as a form of remote spiritual presence and support. While it does not replace the depth of the in-person experience, it still provides meaningful anchoring for those walking the sacred path alone.

In this format, the journeyer provides their own space, substance, and support environment. The guide remains connected throughout the experience via video call, offering gentle check-ins, energetic stabilization, and post-journey reflection. The female assistant may join for opening and closing ceremonies or remain on standby depending on comfort and logistics.

Online Sacred Sitting is not recommended for first-time journeyers or those in unstable mental or physical states. It is best suited for individuals with previous experience, emotional self-regulation, and a trusted physical environment. The guide does not monitor or control the journey. Instead, they remain present, responsive, and energetically attuned through the call.

All safety protocols and legal boundaries remain the same. We do not carry, source, store, or administer any sacred substances. You are responsible for your environment, your body, and your choices. We are present for spiritual service—not medical supervision.

All Netist guides and assistants are trained to maintain spiritual neutrality, physical integrity, and energetic respect throughout every phase of the journey. This includes preparation, active sitting, and integration.

To uphold this sacred trust, the following ethical principles are upheld without exception.

Consent and Physical Boundaries

Physical contact is never assumed and always limited to essential supportive touch only—such as grounding a shoulder during emotional release, offering a hand during reorientation, or assisting with balance or safety. Even in these limited cases, prior written consent is required.

During the intake process, journeyers will receive a Touch Consent Form. This document outlines specific, pre-agreed boundaries regarding physical contact. Nothing outside of what is written and signed will ever occur. If no touch is permitted, guides will support the session entirely through voice, energy, and presence.

No spontaneous or non-agreed physical contact is ever permitted during or after a session. This includes any form of comforting, guiding, or assisting without prior agreement.

Touch, if used, must always:

  • Be minimal, stabilizing, and appropriate

  • Be clearly described and agreed upon in writing beforehand

  • Be conducted only in the presence of both the guide and the assistant

  • Never occur without witness or after the journey has ended

These boundaries protect the purity of the space and ensure no ambiguity in moments of altered awareness.

Emotional and Energetic Boundaries

Guides hold presence. They do not insert interpretation, projection, or personal story into the journeyer’s field. Sacred Sitting is not a place for emotional entanglement, energetic dependency, or spiritual authority.

All expressions by the journeyer are received without judgment. All responses from the guide remain clear, grounded, and rooted in support, not personal attachment.

No romantic, sexual, or suggestive energy is permitted in or around the session field. This includes language, behavior, or gestures—whether conscious or unconscious. Any such crossing would compromise the integrity of the work and is grounds for immediate removal from the guide circle.

Vulnerability and Legal Protection

During Sacred Sitting, the journeyer may enter states of altered awareness, increased suggestibility, or emotional rawness. The guide and assistant are present solely to hold the energetic field and protect the physical space—not to lead, direct, or influence the experience.

This work requires absolute neutrality and spiritual maturity.

To further protect all involved, the following measures are in place:

  • All Sacred Sittings are conducted by a two-person team, always present together

  • The assistant remains present throughout the entire journey

  • All touch is consent-based and documented in advance

  • A Liability Waiver and Consent Agreement is signed prior to any in person session

  • No video or audio recordings are made unless explicitly requested by the journeyer and agreed upon in writing

Netism holds sacred the right of every shard to heal, awaken, and remember within a space free from confusion, misalignment, or harm. These ethics are the vessel that makes that possible.

Legal Obligations

Spiritual counseling and Sacred Sitting within Netism are offered as protected pastoral care. Communications within these sessions are considered confidential and sacred. Under Texas law, this confidentiality is recognized and upheld, except in specific cases where the law requires disclosure.

Your words, visions, emotions, and experiences are honored as privileged spiritual communication. They are received in sacred trust and will remain within that trust—unless legal obligation makes disclosure necessary.

Clergy-Penitent Privilege in Texas

Under Texas Rule of Evidence 505, communications made in private to a clergy member or spiritual guide are protected as privileged. These protections apply when the communication is made for spiritual counsel and intended to remain confidential. The privilege belongs to the person receiving care, not to the guide or institution.

Texas recognizes this right as part of religious freedom and personal sovereignty.

Mandatory Reporting: Child Abuse and Neglect

Under Texas Family Code § 261.101(a), any individual who has reason to believe that a child is being abused or neglected is required to report it immediately. This applies to all persons, including spiritual caregivers.

Failure to report can result in criminal penalties under § 261.109, which classifies non-reporting as a Class A misdemeanor. This includes potential jail time and fines.

In Texas, clergy and spiritual guides are considered mandatory reporters, even when the information is shared in spiritual confidence.

Self-Harm and Harm to Others

Expressions of self-harm, including suicidal intent, remain privileged unless there is clear and immediate danger to life or public safety. While spiritual guides are not licensed clinicians, they hold ethical authority to seek support when the safety of the individual or others is at risk.

Statements indicating intent to harm another person may require ethical discernment or legal reporting, depending on the level of risk and immediacy. Texas law offers flexibility in these cases, and decisions are made with care and reverence for all lives involved.

Summary of Legal Boundaries and Ethical Commitments

These boundaries are honored in full transparency. Nothing will ever be shared outside the sacred container, unless required to protect a child or prevent imminent harm. Outside of these conditions, your experiences remain sealed within the sanctity of your session.

For those unable to attend in person, Online Counseling provides a sacred and accessible path to receive spiritual guidance from anywhere in the world. These sessions are offered with full presence, spiritual grounding, and deep neutrality—adapted for the digital space.

Online Counseling supports those in times of transition, awakening, grief, confusion, or calling. Whether you seek clarity around your shard’s movement, reflection around symbols and dreams, or anchoring during an unfolding process, this space is designed to hold you with care.

Donations are received by Netism, the organization, not by individual guides or assistants. This structure preserves ethical boundaries, prevents exploitation, and aligns with IRS requirements for religious nonprofit activities.

  • Texas Rule of Evidence 505 regarding clergy-penitent confidentiality
