Why We Need This
Netism’s long-term vision includes sanctuary land, regenerative projects, and communities that live the principles in daily life. Before we acquire or develop any property, we need someone who understands how to work with the earth — not against it. This person helps us plan correctly from the start so we do not waste resources or damage the land.
What This Person Would Do
- Advise on land selection criteria (soil quality, water access, climate, zoning)
- Help design regenerative growing systems (permaculture, food forests, composting, cover cropping)
- Create phased implementation plans that match our budget and volunteer capacity
- Educate community members on sustainable growing practices
- Advise on water collection, irrigation, and conservation systems
Why This Matters
Environmental stewardship is one of the 9 Points of Netism. We believe humanity must shift from exploiting the planet to nurturing it. This role is where that principle becomes physical — hands in soil, seeds in ground, water flowing where it should. Every community we build will need food, and how we grow it reflects who we are.
This is a volunteer position. Netism is a nonprofit spiritual organization and all roles are unpaid. Netism covers all expenses related to the role. We ask only for your time and alignment with the 9 Points of Netism.
