Why We Need This
Netism operates on donations and volunteer labor. To build what we envision — sanctuary land, courses, community programs, expanded counseling — we need funding beyond individual giving. Grants exist for religious nonprofits, sustainable agriculture, community development, education, and mental health support. We need someone who knows how to find and secure them.
What This Person Would Do
- Research and identify grant opportunities from foundations, government programs, and religious funding bodies
- Write and submit grant applications tailored to each funder’s requirements
- Track deadlines, reporting requirements, and compliance obligations
- Work with leadership to develop project budgets and program descriptions
- Maintain a pipeline of upcoming opportunities
Why This Matters
The 9 Points of Netism call us to collective evolution and education. Grants are the bridge between vision and reality. Every successful application directly funds the programs that serve people — courses, community spaces, counseling access, and eventually, land. This role has more direct impact on Netism’s growth than almost any other.
This is a volunteer position. Netism is a nonprofit spiritual organization and all roles are unpaid. Netism covers all expenses related to the role. We ask only for your time and alignment with the 9 Points of Netism.
