What This Is
A Circle Creation Leader starts a local or virtual Netism Circle — a small group (5-15 people) meeting regularly to:
- Practice together
- Discuss teachings
- Support each other through growth
- Build real relationships rooted in shared values
This Is a Leadership Track
You do not need to be an expert. Netism provides:
- Structured facilitator training
- A Circle Leader’s Guide with session outlines and discussion prompts
- Ongoing mentorship from leadership
- Connection to other Circle Leaders
- Materials, supplies, and venue costs covered
