Every role here is unpaid. Every role here matters.

Netism is not a corporation looking for free labor. We are a living spiritual community building something that does not exist yet — a world where people live in harmony with the earth, with each other, and with themselves. The people who built everything you see on this site gave their time because they believe the work is worth more than a paycheck. If you feel the same pull — if something in you says this is what I have been looking for — then this page is for you.

What Netism covers: We will never ask you to spend your own money to serve. Event tickets, booth fees, travel, software, equipment, materials — we cover it. All we ask for is your time, your skill, and your willingness to be part of something real.

This is not about building a brand. This is about building a future. Read the 9 Points of Netism and see if they speak to you.
