Akru
Definition
A legacy or mistaken label formerly used for cosmic memory. The current Twelve Pillars source does not list Akru as a pillar; the memory-and-continuity function belongs to Ankhir.
Literal meaning
Legacy label for cosmic memory, now under correction.
Esoteric meaning
Akru points toward a real Netist concern: memory, pattern, and continuity across lives. The corrected pillar language should route that concern through Ankhir and The Records.
Allegorical meaning
A signpost points toward the right mountain but gives the wrong name for the trail.
Extended meaning
The old glossary entry called Akru the Pillar of Cosmic Memory, but the current Twelve Pillars booklet names the first pillar Ankhir: the Eternal Life Force. Ankhir ensures continuance and the preservation of memory and pattern; conscious memory may fade between lives, but imprints remain. For public teaching, Akru should not be presented as a current Twelve Pillars name unless a later canonical source restores it.
Do not publish Akru as an active pillar without new source support. Link readers to Ankhir and The Records instead.
Usage
Used only when explaining old drafts, glossary cleanup, or the distinction between Akru, Ankhir, and The Records.
Comparative tradition
The underlying idea overlaps with Akashic Records and other cosmic-memory concepts, but Akru itself is not supported as the current Netist pillar name.
