How to request and use a donation receipt from Netism. What is included in your receipt, how to request one for online and in-person donations, and how to handle questions or edits.

§ 01Overview

Thank you for supporting Netism. As a religious organization legally recognized under Section 508(c)(1)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code, all qualifying donations made to Netism are tax-deductible under IRS Section 170(b)(1)(A)(i).

We honor your support with transparency and ethical recordkeeping. If you would like a formal receipt for your contribution, please follow the instructions below.

§ 02What Is Included in Your Receipt

Your official receipt will include:

Your full name (or organization name) Date(s) and amount(s) of donation(s) Confirmation that no goods or services were provided in return Netism’s classification under 508(c)(1)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code Our EIN (upon request)

Receipts are typically issued within 5–7 business days.

§ 03How to Request a Receipt

You may request your donation receipt using our secure contact form.

Please include:

Your full name The email address or mailing address for delivery The date(s) and amount(s) of your donation(s) The method used to donate (e.g., PayPal, check, direct transfer)

Once submitted, we will process your request and send the appropriate documentation.

§ 04Online Donations

If you donated through our website or a payment platform such as PayPal, you may have received an automatic confirmation. If you require a formal tax receipt for filing purposes, please use the form to request an official copy.

Netism is a religious organization operating under Section 508(c)(1)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code. We use the term “church” solely as required by law. All qualifying donations are tax-deductible.
